How to apply
1. Applications Open
You can apply for our courses at any point in the year, although we encourage you to get your application in as soon as you can.
3. Create an account
We’ll invite you into an enrolment event where you can meet our teachers, find out more about our courses, take a tour of our campuses and complete your application. Find out when the next enrolment event is.
4. Come along to an enrolment event
We’ll invite you into an Enrolment Event – you can select which date to attend through your personal account. At the event you can meet our teachers, find out more about our courses, take a tour of our campuses and sign up to secure your place for September. Find out when the next enrolment event is.
5. Interview or audition
For some of our courses you’ll need to attend an interview or audition. We’ll let you know this at the enrolment event and we’ll send you details of a time and place. All interviews and auditions are friendly and informal.
6. Come along to Say Hello events
For our school leaver courses, we offer taster sessions so you can see what college life is like, meet your teachers and future classmates and get a better idea of what your course will be like. We’ll invite you through your personal account or you can browse the events here.
8. Financial support
You may be interested in applying for some of the bursaries and grants that we offer to help cover some of the costs of coming to college, such as travel.
In June, we’ll write to you with information about how to apply for financial support.
9. Registration Day
Just before you receive your GCSE results in August, you’ll receive information from us in the post about your Registration Day. On this day, we’ll ask you to come into college so we can check your GCSE grades and complete your enrolment. The registration day is usually at the end of August.
Don’t worry if you don’t get the GCSE grades you expected, we’ll be able to talk to you about your options and find another course for you to enrol on.
10. Start your course
On your Registration Day you’ll be given details of your first day and your timetable.
